yaygınlaştırmak amacıyla 10 Mayıs Dünya Sağlık İçin Hareket Günü münasebetiyle, 10 Mayıs 2025 Cumartesi
günü saat 15.00’te Doğal Yaşam ve Atatürk Çocukları Parkı Konser Alanı’nda, halka açık ve ücretsiz bir şekilde
”Aerobic Başlıyor, Başkent’te Rekor Yükseliyor” etkinliği gerçekleştirilecektir.
Söz konusu etkinlikte, kadınların spora erişimini teşvik etmenin yanı sıra, dünyanın en geniş katılımlı açık
hava aerobik etkinliği kategorisinde Guinness Dünya Rekorlar Kitabı’na başvuru yapılması hedeflenmektedir.
Etkinlik, uzman eğitmenler eşliğinde gerçekleştirilecek olup, dinamik ve katılımcı odaklı bir programla
gerçekleştirilecektir.
In order to support the physical and mental health of women, increase social interaction and popularize the culture of active living, the Women and Family Branch Directorate of the Women and Family Services Department of our Municipality will organize the event “Aerobic Başlıyor, Başkent’te Rekor Yükseliyor” on Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 15:00 in the Doğal Yaşam ve Atatürk Çocukları Parkı Konser Alanı, open to the public and free of charge. In addition to encouraging women’s access to sports, the event aims to apply to the Guinness Book of World Records in the category of the world’s largest outdoor aerobic event.
The event will be held with the assistance of expert trainers and will be held with a dynamic and participatory program.
