2023-2024 eğitim-öğretim yılı güz yarıyılında Fakültemiz öğrencileri Mazeret Sınavı başvurularını Bölümlerinin öğrenci işlerine yapacaklardır. Bölümlerimiz tarafından yapılan başvurular alınırken, Ankara Üniversitesi Senatosu’nun 29.09.2022 tarih ve 5470 sayılı kararıyla kabul edilen ”Haklı ve Geçerli Mazeretlere İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar” dikkate alınacaktır.
Usul ve esaslarda Sağlıkla İlgili Mazeretler başlığı altında teslim edilecek öğrencilerin bağlı bulundukları Sosyal Güvenlik Kurumları vasıtası ile gittikleri Üniversite ve Sağlık Bakanlığı Hastaneleri, kamu tüzel kişiliğine sahip Vakıf Üniversiteleri Hastaneleri ile özel sağlık kuruluşlarından aldıkları onaylı istirahat raporlarının tümü, ilgili akademik birimin yönetim kurulu tarafından, idari usullere göre düzenlenmiş olup olmadığı değerlendirilerek kabul edilir. Sağlık raporu ilgili Yönetim Kurulunca kabul edilse bile, öğrencinin raporlu olduğu süre öğrencinin devamsızlık süresinden sayılır.
Öğrenciler raporlu oldukları süreye ilişkin mazeret sınavı isteklerini sağlık raporu bitimi tarihinden itibaren en geç 5 (beş) iş günü içinde ilgili dekanlık veya yüksek okul müdürlüğüne dilekçe vererek bildirirler; bu süre içerisinde başvurmayanlar bu haklarını kullanmaktan vazgeçmiş sayılırlar. Sağlık raporları Sağlık Raporu Formunu doldurularak bölümümüz asistanlarına veya sekreterine belirtilen süre içerisinde teslim edilmelidir.
Students who want to take a make-up exam will submit their forms to the their department. The submissions will be considered in the scope of “Procedures and Principles Regarding Justified and Valid Excuses” adopted by the Ankara University Senate’s decision dated 29.09.2022 and numbered 5470.
All of the approved sickness reports, which falls under Health-Related Excuses in the related document, should be received from the University and Ministry of Health Hospitals, public legal entity Foundation Universities Hospitals and private health institutions to which the students go through their Social Security Institutions. The sickness reports will be submitted to the administrative board of the relevant academic unit. The submission will be evaluated by relevant Board of Directors and accepted if it is found to be compliant with the procedure. Note that even if the sickness report is accepted by the relevant Board of Directors, the student is still considered as absent during the sick leave.
Students must submit their make-up exam petition form to the relevant dean’s office or the department directorate within 5 (five) business days starting from the date of expiry of the sickness report, at the latest; those who do not apply within this period are deemed to have given up using their make-up exam rights. Studenst must fill the Medical Report Form and submit it with their sickness report to our department assistants or secretary within the specified time.
